RETURNS
If you'd like to return a product reach out to us, we will be glad to help you. Some rules of engagement first, before you wish to return any products:
☾ Starting on the day of delivery, you have 15 days to apply for an exchange or return. Applications sent after this period will not be accepted.
☾ Make sure that the product is in perfect condition, with all labels attached and in its original plastic bag.
☾ Postal costs for returned products are the customers responsibility. This will only be refunded in case of faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied products.
☾ We cannot be held accountable for any products lost in transit.
☾ Items on sales cannot be returned or exchanged.
